Feminine Rejuvenation Center
What matters is not change — it is comfort.
01
Will it look unnatural?
Many worry about a change that looks obvious or artificial.
02
Will recovery take long?
Concerns about returning to work and daily life are common.
03
Will it hurt?
In such a sensitive area, safety and discomfort are natural concerns.
04
Will I regret it?
Many delay deciding, afraid of choosing without enough information.

More than aesthetics
Most women come because of everyday discomfort.
- Repeated friction when exercising or walking long distances
- Discomfort in underwear or leggings
- Moisture, irritation and hygiene stress
- Tension or pain during intimacy
- Changes in sensation and confidence after childbirth
Many tell themselves “that’s just how it is” and live with it for years. But discomfort does not disappear by enduring it — it simply becomes familiar.
Always in the same order
We look at structure and function before design.
Functional safety
We first confirm that tissue condition and function can safely support a procedure — recurring inflammation, friction, recovery capacity and tissue balance.
Recovery & daily life
We explain likely discomfort, recovery time, when you can return to daily life, and any limits on exercise or intimacy.
Natural shape & balance
Rather than dramatic change, we aim for balance within your own anatomy — comfortable, and natural.

Sutureless laser labiaplasty
Not “how much to remove”, but “how much more comfortable”.
Sutureless Laser Labiaplasty is the clinic’s signature surgical technique. Friction, pressure in clothing or pulling during intimacy may prompt assessment, but normal labial variation does not itself require surgery. The aim is an individual anatomical change; relief of symptoms or improved sexual function is not guaranteed.
- Will it look obvious?
- Natural balance is our first priority.
- Will it scar?
- Avoiding sutures does not eliminate scarring. Bleeding, infection, altered sensation and persistent pain are possible surgical risks.
- Will too much be removed?
- Length and thickness are adjusted to your anatomy.
- How long is recovery?
- Swelling, discomfort and healing vary. Returning to work, exercise and intimacy requires individual aftercare advice, not a guaranteed same-day recovery.

Vaginoplasty
Restoring inner balance and function — not just shape.
Vaginoplasty is surgery to alter vaginal anatomy. Postpartum pressure, discomfort or changes in sensation need assessment for their cause; surgery does not automatically treat dryness or every pelvic-floor condition. Non-surgical options may be more appropriate, and functional or sexual improvement is not guaranteed.
- Do I need surgery?
- Depending on your condition, non-surgical options may come first.
- Will it hurt?
- Pain and swelling vary. The consultation covers anaesthesia, pain control and risks including infection, scarring and painful intercourse.
- Am I too old?
- We decide based on pelvic muscle and mucosal condition.
- Recovery?
- Exercise and intimacy must wait until adequate healing and clinical advice. Recovery is individual rather than a fixed schedule.

Viveve radiofrequency
Incision-free elasticity care with RF energy.
Viveve delivers radiofrequency energy to vaginal tissue. The clinic may discuss it as an energy-based option after assessment, but a proposed collagen-remodelling mechanism does not establish symptom relief. Evidence, regulatory indications, alternatives and risks should be discussed for the exact device and intended use.
- Is there an incision?
- No surgical incision, but energy-based treatments can cause burns, scarring, painful intercourse or persistent pain.
- Who is it for?
- Symptoms do not establish eligibility. A clinician should first identify the cause and discuss whether another treatment has better supporting evidence.
Triple vaginal tightening
Different energy types, different questions.
Changes inside the vagina usually have several causes at once — surface changes, lost elasticity, laxity, dryness and sensitivity. The clinic may discuss a combination of energy-based approaches after assessment. Combining devices does not establish greater benefit or guarantee immediate return to daily life. Ask about the evidence and risks for each proposed treatment.

CO2 laser
Laser energy applied to tissue; a treatment mechanism is not proof of benefit for dryness.

Focused ultrasound (HIFU)
Ultrasound energy, not a laser. Device-specific evidence and risks require discussion.

Radiofrequency (RF)
Radiofrequency energy heats tissue; effects and clinical benefit depend on the device and intended use.
Vaginal filler
An individual approach to volume and tissue balance.
Vaginal filler is an injection-based, incision-free option intended to supplement selected areas where tissue volume has decreased. At Barungil, we assess the vaginal mucosa, elasticity and degree of laxity before discussing whether it is suitable for you. The aim is a considered change that respects your anatomy, rather than simply adding more volume.
The specific filler, intended injection site and regulatory indication must be explained before consent. Evidence for a particular product or another body area should not be assumed to establish benefit for vaginal use.

Illustrative diagram of filler placement. Individual anatomy, suitability and the product used are assessed and explained before treatment.

Volume & tissue balance
We assess where volume has changed and whether an injectable approach suits your anatomy.

Mucosal condition
Dryness and irritation need their own assessment; filler is not a universal treatment for these symptoms.

Laxity & function
Tissue laxity and pelvic-floor changes help us decide whether filler or another option is appropriate.
- How long does vaginal filler last?
- Duration depends on the filler product, treatment area and individual response. We explain the specific product and its expected course during consultation; a fixed duration cannot be guaranteed.
- Is recovery the same for everyone?
- No. An incision-free procedure still needs aftercare. We discuss injection-related risks, possible discomfort and swelling, and when exercise and intimacy may resume before treatment.
Vulvar brightening
Gentle attention to uneven external skin tone.
Vulvar skin naturally varies in colour, and darker pigmentation is not in itself a medical problem. If uneven tone concerns you, Barungil offers a tailored toning and brightening programme combining laser, brightening ampoule and soothing care. This treatment concerns the external vulvar skin, not the inside of the vagina. Skin sensitivity and the pattern of pigmentation guide the plan.
01Laser toning
A clinician-selected laser approach to address pigmentation, adjusted to your skin condition.
02Brightening care
A brightening ampoule complements the laser stage, with attention to sensitivity and tolerance.
03Soothing care
Post-treatment soothing care supports the sensitive external skin as it recovers.
- Will one session completely change the colour?
- No particular shade or one-session result can be promised. The aim is a natural-looking, more even tone; response and the number of sessions vary by skin condition.
- What if my skin is sensitive?
- Tell us about irritation, itching or previous reactions first. We assess the skin before recommending care and discuss possible irritation, pigment changes and aftercare.
Vaginal dryness recovery injections
Understand the dryness first. Then consider tissue-support care.
Dryness, friction and discomfort during intimacy can have different causes. We assess symptoms, mucosal condition and possible atrophy before discussing treatment. Barungil’s Goun-gyeol injection programme combines platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood with a collagen-stimulating injection, with the aim of supporting tissue condition, moisture and elasticity. It is not a guaranteed cure for dryness.

Autologous platelet-rich plasma
PRP is prepared from a sample of your own blood and contains concentrated platelets and associated growth factors. The clinic uses it as one component of its tissue-support programme.

Collagen-stimulating injection
This component is intended to support collagen formation and tissue volume. The exact agent, suitability, expected benefits and limitations are explained during your individual consultation.
- How many sessions will I need?
- A course of repeat treatments may be considered, but there is no single schedule for everyone. Timing depends on the cause of dryness, tissue condition and response.
- What should I know before choosing injections?
- Ask about the exact injected product, the evidence for your symptoms, alternatives and potential risks, including injection-site pain, bleeding or infection. Surface anaesthesia may be used to reduce discomfort; aftercare is individualised.
PRP and collagen-stimulating injections do not replace assessment of hormonal changes, infection or other causes of dryness. Expected results and the evidence supporting each option should be discussed before proceeding.

Private & recognised
A private room, and a doctor recognised by Viveve.
Consultations take place one-to-one in a private room. Dr. Kil has received an appreciation plaque from Viveve for performing the highest number of Viveve treatments in Korea.

Questions before treatment
Feminine care: what to know before choosing treatment
- Is Sutureless Laser Labiaplasty non-surgical or scar-free?
No. Sutureless Laser Labiaplasty is Barungil’s signature surgical technique, not a non-surgical energy treatment. Avoiding sutures does not eliminate bleeding, infection, scarring, altered sensation or pain. Labial appearance varies widely, and a particular appearance or improvement in sexual function cannot be guaranteed. Your anatomy, symptoms and alternatives should be assessed first.
- Are vaginal laser or radiofrequency treatments proven cures?
They should not be described as guaranteed cures for dryness, urinary incontinence or sexual problems. Evidence and regulatory indications depend on the device and intended use. ACOG notes that the US FDA has not approved energy-based treatments for the vaginal cosmetic and symptom uses described in its patient guidance, and reports risks including burns, scarring and persistent pain. This is US guidance, not a statement about a specific device’s Korean approval; ask for the exact device, local indication, supporting evidence and alternatives.
- What should be considered before injections for vaginal dryness?
First identify the cause: hormonal changes, breastfeeding, medicines and other conditions can contribute. Water-based lubricants and vaginal moisturisers may help; a clinician can discuss other treatments appropriate to the diagnosis. Barungil’s PRP and collagen-stimulating injection programme is a clinic treatment approach, not an established universal first-line cure. Evidence for these injections is limited, and the sources below do not establish their effectiveness; discuss the exact product, indication and uncertainty before consenting.
- When should dryness or irritation be examined?
Seek medical advice if symptoms persist despite self-care, affect daily life, or are accompanied by unusual discharge or bleeding, including bleeding after sex or after menopause. These symptoms need assessment rather than simply booking a cosmetic treatment. An online inquiry is not a diagnosis or an emergency service.

Areas of consultation
Every procedure begins with whether it is right for you.
We do not recommend a procedure in every situation. When rapid decisions are wanted without full consultation, when inflammation or tissue recovery must come first, or when design change outweighs function, we explain the safer direction first — and say clearly when we do not recommend proceeding.
- Sutureless laser labiaplasty
- Vaginoplasty
- Vaginal laser
- Vaginal filler
- Vulvar brightening
- Vaginal dryness recovery injections
- Postpartum functional recovery
Effects, potential side effects, suitability and recovery vary by person. Labiaplasty and vaginoplasty are surgical procedures and are distinct from non-surgical vaginal energy treatments. A qualified clinician should assess your medical history, anatomy, goals and alternatives. No particular outcome can be guaranteed.
